Delete your Localtech Eye account

You can delete your account at any time. You do not have to give a reason.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Localtech Eye on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read what is deleted, then confirm.

We delete your account immediately.

Ask us by email

If you do not have the app, send an email to support@localtechpartners.com.au from the email address of your account. Write "Delete my Localtech Eye account". We delete the account as soon as we can, and within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

What we delete

• Your account: your name, email address, phone number and preferences.
• Your sign-in sessions and your devices, with their push tokens.
• Our copies of your reports and photos.

What stays

Reports that you already sent stay with the council as its record. The council handles them under its own privacy policy. To ask about them, contact the council.

Our backups hold deleted data for a short time, and then the backups are replaced.
