Report a problem to your district or city council

Potholes, broken lights, dumped rubbish, damaged footpaths. Add a photo, drop a pin, and your report goes straight to the right council.

If your district or city council is not listed yet, tell us

Not for emergencies. If someone is in danger, call 111.

How it works

  1. The What is the problem screen, with a list of problems to pick from.

    Pick what it is

Choose from your district or city council's list of issues. Add up to five photos if you like.

  2. The Where is it screen, with a pin on the map inside the council area.

    Drop a pin

Show exactly where it is on the map. We check the spot is inside your district or city council's area.

  3. The Report sent screen, with the council name and the reference number.

    Send it

Your report goes to the district or city council with your name and contact, so they can reply to you.

  4. A sent report in My reports, with its status, address, dates and photo.

    Follow it

See your report and its status in My reports. Updates from the district or city council come with Localtech Core, in development.
