How it works

  1. The What is the problem screen, with a list of problems to pick from.

    Pick what it is

Choose from your city or county's list of issues. Add up to five photos if you like.

  2. The Where is it screen, with a pin on the map inside the council area.

    Drop a pin

Show exactly where it is on the map. We check the spot is inside your city or county's area.

  3. The Report sent screen, with the council name and the reference number.

    Send it

Your report goes to the city or county with your name and contact, so they can reply to you.

  4. A sent report in My reports, with its status, address, dates and photo.

    Follow it

See your report and its status in My reports. Updates from the city or county come with Localtech Core, in development.
