Report a problem to your council or local authority

Potholes, broken street lights, fly tipping, damaged pavements. Add a photo, drop a pin, and your report goes straight to the right council.

If your council or local authority is not listed yet, tell us

Not for emergencies. If someone is in danger, call 999.

How it works

  1. The What is the problem screen, with a list of problems to pick from.

    Pick what it is

Choose from your council or local authority's list of issues. Add up to five photos if you like.

  2. The Where is it screen, with a pin on the map inside the council area.

    Drop a pin

Show exactly where it is on the map. We check the spot is inside your council or local authority's area.

  3. The Report sent screen, with the council name and the reference number.

    Send it

Your report goes to the council or local authority with your name and contact, so they can reply to you.

  4. A sent report in My reports, with its status, address, dates and photo.

    Follow it

See your report and its status in My reports. Updates from the council or local authority come with Localtech Core, in development.
